At 9:00 A.M. Paul starts driving from Alphaville to Betaburg at 40 km/hour. Sometime later, Nabil leaves Betaburg and drives at 60 km/hour. They meet at the half-way point between the cities at 1:00 P.M. At what time did Nabil start driving?

Paul travels 4 hours to meet nabil . So he travels 40* 4 = 160 kms.
this is the mid point. so total distance between cities = 320 kms
when Paul drives at 40 km/hr paul takes 4 hours
when Nabil goes at 60 kms/hr he will take 40/60 * 4 = 8/3 hours
= 2 hours 40 mins
1 hour 20 mins less than Paul
So he leaves at 10.20
