rate = 40 mph ; time = x hrs ; distance = 40x miles

Train B DATA:
rate = 50 mph ; time = x-(1/5) hr ; distance = 50x-10 miles

Equation:
distance = distance
40x = 50x-10
-10x = -10
x = 1 hr
