the wheel of a bike makes 800 revolutions.the radius is 0.7m.the distance covered is?
the wheel has to make one circumference length per revolution
C circumference = 2 * pi * R radius
C = 2 * 0.7 * pi
C = 1.4pi meters
D distance in 800 revolutions = 800 * 1.4pi
D = 1120pi meters
D is approx. 3518.584 meters
