When the train starts, the taxi has been going for 70 minutes.
The taxi has then travelled 58 1/3 km
When the train starts it travels 60 kph faster than the taxi, so, how long does it take the train to catch up the 58 1/3 km at 60 kph = 58 1/3 minutes
in hours this is 0.97222222
So it overtakes at 9:58:20 am

What was the train doing at the taxi stand?

The taxi travelled for 2 hours 8 minutes 20 seconds
