R=25/.4=62.5 MPH WITH A TAIL WIND.
R=25/.5=50 MPH AGAINST THE WIND.
(62.5-50)/2=12.5/2=6.25 IS THE SPEED OF THE WIND.
PROOF:
62.5-6.25=56.25 MPH FOR THE PLANE.
50+6.25=56.25 DITTO.
