 A woman at a point on the shore of a circular lake with radius 2 miles wants
 to arrive on the exact opposite side of the lake in the shortest possible time.
 She can walk 4mph and row a boat 2mph. How should she proceed?
:
Find the diameter (rowing directly across the lake) 2 * 2 = 4 mi
Rowing time =  = 2 hrs; rowing
:
Find half the circumference: .5(4*pi) = 6.283 mi
Walking time =  = 1.57 hrs, walking
