if a drawing were made showing a line from a point on the ground thru top of tower and then thru top of bldg, we could see two similar triangles. Similar triangles have sides proportional.
in our case h/50.5=2.9/1.58
cross multiplying
1.58 *h=50.5 * 2.9
1.58 *h = 146.45
divide by 1.58
h=92.68987= 92.69
