Question 17659: Hi there,
I don't get this problem with finding the perfect square trinomial whose first terms are given. I really hate fractions on this one. Could someone please help me work out this problem before class?

Answer by xcentaur(357)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let the remaining term be y

x^2 + 2/3x + y

So y=1/3

So we get

Then we have
x^2 + 2/3x + 1/9

Hope this helps,
