140/(340-r)=t
200/(340+r)=140/(340-r)
140(340+r)=200(340-r)
47,600+140r=68,000-200r
140r+200r=68,000-47,600
340r=20,400
r=20,400/340
r=60 mph is the speed of the wind.
Proof
200/(340+60)=(140/(340-60)
200/400=140/280
1/2=1/2
