rate = 58 mph ; time = x hrs ; distance = 58x miles

rate = 62 mph ; 3-x hrs; distance = 62*(3-x) miles

EQUATION:
distance to = distance from
58x = 62(3-x)
58x = 186-62x
120x = 186
x = 1.55 hrs (time to get to the office)
x = 1 hr 33 minutes (time to get to the office)
