L=W+2
W(W+2)=1200
W^2+2W-1200=0
(X+12)(W-10)=0
W-10=0
W=10 METERS IS THE WIDTH OF THE FIELD.
L=10+2=12 METERS IS THE LENGTH OF THE FIELD.
PROOF
10*12=1200
1200=1200

Length = Width + 2
Area = 1200
Area = Length + Width
Let W be the width. Then length L = (W +2)

Now use the quadractic equation to solve
