2(W^1-81)=0
2(W-9)(W=9)=0
W-9=0
W=9 ANSWER FOR THE WIDTH.
L=2*9=18 ANSWER FOR THE LENGTH.
PERIMETER=2*9+2*18=18+36=54 ANSWER FOR THE PERIMETER.
