If both people begin driving at 1:00p.m.,at what time will the odometers on the two cars have the same mileage reading?

the difference in the odometers is 260 mi. (31250-30990)
B is going 13 mph (53-40) faster than A
it will take B 20 hr (260/13) to make up the difference in milage
