A truck with a heavy load drove from Boston to New York at 45 mph. After unloading, it returned to Boston

For the average speed of the round trip (when the distances of both parts of the trip 
are the same) use the formula


    average speed =  =  =  = 53.182 mph  (rounded).    ANSWER
