Calculate the travel time, which is   =  =   hours = 3 hours and 15 minutes,


and add to it the resting time of 15 minutes.


So, they traveled 3 hours and 30 minutes, in total;


therefore, the arrived to the destination point at 30 minutes after noon.     ANSWER
