You can go 4 km in 20 minutes at 12 km/hr. So if you had to go 3.5 km, you could make it with about 2.5 minutes to spare. Therefore, if Uncle Sal can make the pizza, bake it, put it in a box, put the box in the pizza delivery bag and hand it to you in 2 and a half minutes or less, then yes you can make it on time.
