Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
T drove x hours
I drove 12-x hours
50x+55(12-x)=635
-5x+660=635
x=5 hours
Thaddeus drove 5 hours @50 mph or 250 miles
Ian drove 7 hours @ 55 mph or 385 miles
