It is SO SIMPLE, that any 2-nd (or 3-rd ?) grade student / kid can solve it (!)


It requires only to calculate the speed of each rider by dividing the distance by the appropriate time.


For your convenience, you can convert kilometers to meters by multiplying by 1000.
