The diameter is 26 inches and the radius is 13 inches.
60 radians a minute is 60*13=780 inches per minute
This is 65 feet per minute or 3900 feet per hour.
checking it the long way
9.55 revs per minute and 573 per hour
each rev is (26/12)*pi feet or 6.81 feet
573*6.81=3900 ft per hour
