Question 1149143: Your survey boat travels along the base of very high cliffs at the Western Brook Pond fjord in Newfoundland. A spectacular waterfall cascades down the side of the rock formation. You can get a very accurate measure of the distance from the boat to the rock face (strong echoes return to your range finder), but you cannot get a good reflection off the top of the falls. You use a sighting device to measure the angle of elevation as 78.0°. If the distance to the rock face is 127 m, how tall are the falls?
