            The solution by @josgarithmetic is  WRONG,

            so I came to bring the correct solution.


Total Miles of Distance

    123 + 4 + 191 = 318



Total Hours of Time

    2 +  +  = 6 hours.



Average speed is total miles divided by total time   = 53 miles per hour.    ANSWER
