              SPEED          TIME        DISTANCE

WITH           800+w         2+(1/3)          d

AGAINST        800-w         3              d

Simplify and solve.

s=800 kph
(s+w)*7/3=(s-w)*3
(800+w)*7=(800-w)*9
5600+7w=7200-9w
16w=1600
w=100
