between 11 and 4:18 is 5.3 hours
In that time, the distance between them is 519.4 miles
they are going apart at the combined speed of 98 mph
one is x, the other x+12
so their sum=98
2x+12=98
2x=86
x=43 mph one bus
x+12=55 mph the other

speeds
r, bus going west
r+12, but going east

Speed at which they move way from each other
2r+12

Time of travel, 5 hours plus 3/10 of an hour

-

Westbound bus, 43 mph
Eastbound bus, 55 mph
