I read the problem condition differently than the other tutor, and my solution is different. 


    Two planes fly toward each other.  Therefore, their relative speed is the sum 


        350 km/h + 450 km/h = 800 km/h.


    So, the second plane will intercept the first plane in   hours =   of an hour = 15 minutes.
