OK. I see that even some tutors of this forum are not able to solve it correctly. So I will do it for you.
// OK in this case means "V E R Y B A D".
As I just wrote in my referred post,
2r + 2*(r+13) = 586 kilometers, where r is the slower train speed.
It gives you
2r + 2r + 26 = 586 ====> 4r = 586-26 = 560 ====> r = = 140.
Answer. The speed of the slower train is 140 km/h; the speed of the faster train is 140+13 = 153 km/h.
