Together, they run 22 miles in 2 hours or 11 miles in an hour
x mph for one
x+.5 for the other
(2x+0.5)*2 hours=22; 2x+0.5=11
2x=10.5
x=5.25 miles per hour for the slower
x+0.5=5.75 mph for the faster.
