I think this question is equivalent to: "can Erin drive 390 miles within 7 hours, given that she drives 130 miles in 2 hours?"

Assuming that is the case, she can drive
(130mi/2hrs)*7hrs = 455mi
in 7 hrs. So, yes, Erin can make it to the destination within 7 hours.
