Possessive pronouns and the nouns that they modify must match.
Since Julia is a female, it would be "her house" not "his house".
So Julia drove 10km then another 15km so in all she traveled,

Add that up to find the total she's driven.
Now the distance where she ended up to where she currently is would be calculated using the Pythagorean theorem since the two distances traveled are perpendicular to each other and form a right triangle.
