Question 1056799: Ram and Gopi run towards each other starting from K and L respectively with respective speeds of 2 kmph and 3 kmph. After meeting each other, to reach L, if Ram takes 7 hours less than the square of the magnitude of the time (in hours) taken by Gopi to reach K, find distance between K and L Please explain in easy way

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
Ram and Gopi run towards each other starting from K and L respectively with respective speeds of 2 kmph and 3 kmph.
After meeting each other, to reach L, if Ram takes 7 hours less than the square of the magnitude of the time (in hours)
taken by Gopi to reach K, find distance between K and L Please explain in easy way
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Let M be the meeting point between K and L.
Let d1 = the distance |KM|  (from K to M), in kilometers.
Let d2 = the distance |LM|  (from L to M), in kilometers.
    The condition doesn't say that Ram and Gori started simultaneously (at the same time).
Therefore, to obtain an equation, we can consider their moves only after the meeting moment.
The time for Ram to cover the distance d2 is %28d2%29%2F2 hours.
The time for Gori to cover the distance d1 is %28d1%29%2F3 hours.
The condition says
d2%2F2+%2B+7 = %28d1%2F3%29%5E2.
This is your equation.
Only one equation for two unknowns.
Which is insufficient to solve the problem.
And there is NO way to get another/second equation from this condition.
Therefore, I think that you missed (omitted) something in the condition.
Some important additional info is missed/omitted in the condition.
