They start at different times and speeds
Equate time of P & Q

and solve the equations

(x+d)/25 = x/20 + 1 51/60
(x+d)/25 -x/20 = 37/20
20x+20d -25x = 37*20*25/20
-5x +20d = 925

(x+d)/25 = (220-x-2d)/30 +7/2
(x+d)/25 -(220-x-2d)/30 =7/2
30x+30d -25*220+25x+50d = 30*25*7/2
