let x= Speed of Allicia's car
x+20=Speed of Ryan's car
travel time=distance/speed
225/x=325/(x+20)
325x=225x+4500
100x=4500
x=45
x+20=65
Speed of Allicia's car=45 mph
Speed of Ryan's car=65 mph
