Question 483133: I had this long word problem i needed to solve and my friends and I could not figure it out. We were so confused.
The problem is "In one year twice as many trees in a certain forest of 5000 trees were destroyed by fire as were felled by disease. At the end of the year only 3200 healthy trees remained. How many trees were destroyed by FIRE?"
