Question 990374: 1. A NUMBER WHICH CAN BE DIVIVED BY 2,3 and 5 and comes between 25 and 50?
2. A numbee becomes double if it is increased by 9. What is the number?

Answer by Theo(13342)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the number 9 is doubled when you add 9 to it.
30 is divided by 2 and divided by 3 and divided by 5 evenly.
in fact, the factors of 30 are:
1*30
2*15
3*10
5*6

2*15 is also 2*3*5
3*10 8is also 3*2*5
5*6 is also 5*2*3

when you break 30 up into its prime factors, you get 2 * 3 * 5.
