SOLUTION: I am more than 55 and less than 65 .I have same amount of ones as 27 .Who am I?

 
The whole numbers that are more than 55 and less than 65 are these:

56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64

The first digit of 27 is 2, so it has 2 tens.
The second digit of 27 is 7, so it has 7 ones.

So since the second digit tells us how many ones, we will pick 57,
because 57 has its second digit as 7, the same as 27 has for its
second digit.
