Let x,y,z be three numbers.
x+y+z=134 (given)-------(1)
y-x=5=>x=y-5--------(2)(given)
z-3y=4=>z=4+3y------(3)(given)
now,substituting(2)& (3) in (1)
y-5+y+4+3y=134
5y-1=134=>5y=134+1=135
5y=135=>y=135/5=27
y=27
substituting y=27 in (2) &(3)
x=y-5=27-5=22 =>x=22
z=4+3(27)=85=>z=85
Therefore three numbers are x=22,y=27,z=85
