let the other number be x
so the positive number is 1/5*x=x/5
difference bwtween them= x-x/5=76 5x-x/5=76
4x/5=76 x=76*5/4
x=95
so other number =95
positive number is 1/5 of other number=1/5*95=19
so the required numbers are 95 and 19
