Since 2nd digit is quadruple the 3rd digit, then the 3rd digit MUST BE 1 or 2
Let 3rd digit = 1
2nd digit = 4(1), or 4
1st digit = 4 - 3, or 1
Since it APPEARS as though the 3 digits are distinct, the 3rd and 1st digits can't be 1
Let 3rd digit = 2
2nd digit = 4(2), or 8
1st digit = 8 - 3, or 5
