The other tutor's answer is wrong because the hundreds digit
can't be 3 because half of the tens digit is 4, not 3.
Let's see what I can do with it.

i am a six digit number
Let's fill in these 6 blanks with digits:
_ _ _ _ _ _

my ones digit is 4
That's the 6th digit, so we put a 4 there

_ _ _ _ _ 4

my tens digit is twice my ones digit
Twice 4 is 8, so we put an 8 just left of the 4

_ _ _ _ 8 4

my hundreds digit is one half of my tens digit
Half of 8 is 4, so we put another 4 just left of the 8

_ _ _ 4 8 4

my thousands digit is five more than my ones digit
The ones digit is 4 and 4+5=9, so we put a 9 just left of that:

_ _ 9 4 8 4

and the rest is 6 less than my thousands digit
6 less than 9 is 3. But where does the 3 go?
The rest???? But this is supposed to be a 6 digit number!!
We have two more digits to fill in!!! The rest??? What
do you mean by the rest??? Is "the rest" the first two
digits???

Was it supposed to be only a 5-digit number and you wrote
"6-digit number" by mistake? And "the rest" means the
"ten thousands digit" and there are only 5 digits, not 6??

If so, then the answer is

3 9 4 8 4

But if you meant a 6-digit number, then you left out something.
Sorry.
