3X+6=X-2
3X-X=-2-6
2X=-8
X=-8/2
X=-4 ANS. FIR THE FIRST EVEN NUMBER.
-4+2=-2 FOR THE SECOND EVEN NUMBER.
-4+4=0 FOR THE THIRD EVEN NUMBER.
PROOF:
-4+(-2)+0=2(-4/2-1)
-4-2=2(-2-1)
-6=2*-3
-6=-6
