x+(x+1)+(x+2) are the three numbers.
3[x+(x+2)]=5(x+1)-9
3[2x+2]=5x+5-9
6x+6=5x-4
6x-5x=-4-6
x=-10 answer for the first interger.
-10+1=-9 for the second & -10+2=-8 for the third interger.

3(-10-8)=5*-9-9
3*-18=-45-9
-54=-54
