Since the number is odd, b must be odd::
If b = 1, a = 8 and the number is 181
If b = 3, a = 6 and the number is 163
If b = 5, a = 4 and the number is 145
If b = 7, a = 2 and the number is 127
If b = 9, a = 0 and the number is 109
------
Ans: Only 181 meets all 3 criteria.
