Three consecutive, natural numbers:-
x, x + 1 and x +2.
x + (x + 1)+ (x + 2)= 975
3x + 3 = 975
3x = 975 - 3
3x = 972
x = 324.
Three numbers are:- 324, 325 and 326
Total = 975.
Hope this helps.
