From a list of primes between 100 and 200 we get these choices:

You can narrow it down a little. You know the first digit is a 1, the last digit has to be odd for it to be prime, but can't be 1 since the sum of the digits is 13, and the middle digit has to also be odd for the sum of the digits to be 13.
