n is an integer.
fives times the middle integer is:
5(2n+2)=
twelve more then twice the sum of the first and third.:
12+2(2n+2n+4)
Putting it together:
5(2n+2)=12+2(2n+2n+4)
10n+10=12+8n+8
10n+10=8n+20
2n+10=20
2n=10, n=5.
The numbers are 10, 12, 14.
