Let the common factopr of the ratio be x
numberator will be 2x
denominator will be 3x

cross multiply
13(2x+8)=10(3x+8)
26x+104 = 30x+80
30x-24x=104-80
6x=24
x= 4
2x=8
3x=12
8/12 is the fraction
