let the two nos are x & x+3
so x(x+3)=304
or x^2+3x-304=0
or x^2+19x-16x-304=0
or x(x+19)-16(x+19)=0
or (x+19)(x-16)=0
or x=-19 or 16

the products of an even and an odd number that differ by 3 is 304 . Find the two numbers
-------------
Factor 304
304 = 16*19
