3x = 180 degrees
x = 60 (2nd)
x-1 = 59 (1st)
x+1 = 61 (3rd)

Equation:
x + 4x = 180
5x = 180
x = 36 degrees (smaller angle)

or 3x=180
or x=180/3=60
