If (67-2x) is divided by the number x, the final quotient is 12 and the remainder is 3. Find x. please answer using only one variable.
**
divisor(x)*quotient(12)+remainder(3)=dividend(67-2x)
12x+3=67-2x
14x=64
x=64/14=32/7
check:
dividend=67-2x=57.857..
quotient=12
divisor=dividend-3/quotient=54.857../12≈4.571=x
x=32/7≈4.571..
