Question 635371: Hi,
Have a problem here involving consecutive digits that I was hoping you could help me with. Could you show me a fast way to solve this problem that doesn't involve just guessing and checking a bunch of numbers? Thank you in advance.
"Mr. Hassan's house number is composed of 3 consecutive digits. It is a multiple of his age, which is 63. What is Mr. Hassan's house number?"

Answer by AnlytcPhil(1807)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The house number is 123 or 234 or 345 or 456 or 567 or 678 or 789

Divide each by 63. You'll find the only one that gives a whole
number answer is 567.
