Question 628037: if c is the product of consecutive intergers A and B, then c must be
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If A is even, then B must be odd.
If A is odd, then B must be even.
So either way, you're multiplying an even number and an odd number (in either order)
In general
Even x Odd = Even
examples:
2*3 = 6
5*14 = 70
23*8 = 184
19*16 = 304
So c must be __even__
